Ajinkya offers production displays to show information like production count, turn around time, shift count, total production, efficiency, information display systems, production display systems etc. as per user requirement. These displays are also termed as Andon displays. These production displays are custom built to suit user requirement.

Features

• Indoor as well as outdoor visibility displays
• Character Size from 0.5” to 1ft or more
• Numeric as well as alphanumeric character displays. User can give customized messages like welcome message to visitors / delegates or wish happy birthday to workers. It can also be used for giving fault messages in system.

• Built in counter for production counting with storage in case of power off. These displays can have their own counting capability with memory storage. Thus they can be stand alone independent of PC or PLC keeping track of data.

• Storage of shift production, total production during day, production during month etc. This information can be transferred to PC for further report generation and processing.

• Round LED indications for events. LED lamps glowing can be used for occurrence of different events. These LED clusters can be different colours or multi colour to change the colour depending on the event. Eg when machine starts LED indication can be Green and when machine stops, it can turn in Red.

• RS232 / RS485 / Ethernet TCP/IP interface with ASCII / Modbus protocol. User can Interface these displays to PC / PLC / SCADA Software for updating data automatically from time to time.
