Turbine Type Flow sensors

Ajinkya Electronic Systems manufacturer of Turbine flow meters are designed for the volumetric measurements of fluids. The basic meter consists of a freely suspended bladed rotor positioned axially in the flow stream with the flowing fluid pushing against the blades. The rotational speed of the turbine is proportional to the velocity of the fluid & hence truly represents the volume of the fluid flowing through meter.

Size : 10-25 mm NB (threaded end connection) / 40-150 mm NB (C.S. flanged connection).
Materials : SS 304/316 throughout/PP/PVC/ROTOR-Teflon/SS/Delrin. Bearing-Ceramic bush bearing.

Positive Displacement Type Flow Sensors

Ajinkya Electronic Systems Manufacturer of Positive Displacement Flow sensor is based on Oscillating Piston or Rotary piston designed for the accurate & reliable flow measurement of Various Industrial Oils, Fuels, Chemicals, Solvents etc. The Flow sensor consists of piston Oscillating inside a cylindrical housing by a partition.

Ajinkya Electronic Systems Manufacturer of IM 1900 Series Indicators are Microcontroller based, digital and highly versatile indicator series. Flow ratemeters / Totalisers are for measuring flow of liquid or gases using suitable external sensors. Different models are available to accept inputs as :
• 4-20 mA signal
• Pulses
• Unbalance bridge inputs
• 0-10 / 100 mV etc.

Logging options are available ie Flow Loggers. Options available with IM2000 Series Data Loggers can be availed with Flow Loggers.
